When will it be held?

The conference will run from 9 to 13 May 2027. Key dates are times are below:

  • A welcome function will be held on the evening of Sunday 9 May (commencing at 6pm CET).
  • The official opening will occur on the morning of Monday 10 May (between 9am and 11am).
  • The conference will close on the afternoon of Wednesday 12 May.
  • The technical excursion will take place on Thursday 13 May

Where will it be held?

The conference is being held at the Art Nouveau Grand Hotel Union, the most famous hotel in Ljubljana, located in the heart of the city, at the entrance to its pedestrian zone.  The exhibition will take place in Grand Foyer and the Garden Hall, both attached to the main, secession-style auditorium which can accommodate up to 500 participants. Conference rooms for 2 to 6 parallel sessions (bottom) are located adjacent to the auditorium on the balcony level, providing hassle-free connectivity for delegates and exhibitors.

There are numerous accommodation options available within walking distance to the Grand Hotel Union.
