For the convenience of ICWIM10/HVTT19 participants, special accommodation rates have been negotiated with three conference hotels in the centre of Ljubljana, two at the conference venue and Exe Lev Hotel 5-minute walking distance of the conference venue. The rates below are available exclusively through the ICWIM10/HVTT19 booking links and include breakfast.

We have pre-booked 25 rooms for conference participants.

    • Single occupancy: €230 per room/night
    • Double occupancy: €255 per room/night

Booking Information

  • Rooms are available for stays between 8 May 2027 and 14 May 2027.
  • The above preferential conference rates are available until 9 March 2027, subject to room availability.
  • Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis from the reserved conference allotments.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival (23:59 local hotel time). Cancellations, modifications made less than 7 days before arrival, or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the entire booked stay.
