Abstract Submission is now closed
Authors will be notified of abstract acceptance by 30 June 2026.
Full papers will need to be submitted by 31 October.
Authors will have the choice to submit either a full-length conference paper or an extended abstract, depending on the scope and maturity of the work they wish to present. Full-length papers of 6-10 pages will be published in a formal indexed conference proceedings, pending the finalization of an agreement with Elsevier. Extended abstracts of 3-6 pages—better suited to practice- related work, case studies, or preliminary results—will be published in a separate extended abstract proceedings.

Accepted papers will be scheduled for presentation in one of the sessions of the joint conference, or as a poster presentation. Accepted papers will be made available to registered delegates who attend the conference. Accepted papers will also (post conference) be published on the ISWIM and HVTT Forum websites, and may be selected for inclusion in ISWIM or HVTT Forum publications.
