The 3rd ISWIM Regional Seminar on Weigh-In-Motion,
is titled Optimising Road Freight Transport using WIM Data, will be held at the CSIR Convention Centre in Pretoria, South Africa from 6-8 July 2022. ISWIM has joined hands with the 40th edition of the SATC that will be held from 4-7 July 2022 at the same venue.
The seminar specifically aims to support the Southern African community in their WIM endeavours. The event will be bringing together administrators, users, and specialist along with vendors of WIM systems and data. The key theme will resonate around the use of WIM data across the road freight task.
The seminar will be mainly an in-person event supplemented with virtual presentations from intercontinental participants. So, don’t let the current uncertainties and travel restrictions stop you to join the international WIM community and send in your abstract, see the 2nd announcement or webpage.
