CIEMSA is  a company specialized  on the design, integration, commissioning and maintenance of complex environment systems that require technology, engineering, and permanent innovation in terms of management and infrastructure. With over 20 year’s experience developing ITS solutions to improve the safety of road transport.

From Uruguay we provide services that add value to Latin American countries, adapting solutions that have been tried and tested successfully to different realities and contexts. We have several quality certicaction for our operation services like ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 for our software applications.

With presence in several countries of Latin America, CIEMSA has been hired to design, build, operate and do maintenance of the weighing systems on  highways; this service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Products

CIEMSA Weigh-in-Motion products scales for low speed and high speed systems.  Our experience let us integrate our products with ALPR/RFID systems providing a full wim systems including high speed systems for preselection and evasor control.

CIEMSA has installed and commissioned Weigh in Motion systems in Uruguay since 1998. With more than 50 WIM stations for low speed enforcement and preselection. CIEMSA has develop ITS projects for Latin American countries (Paraguay, Argentina).
